A New Year's Revolution on the Beach

The ultimate holiday for sunseekers, yogis and beach bums

Let’s begin the New Year as we intend to continue, clearing out the old, setting intentions for the new, and nourishing ourselves from the inside out and the outside in with practices to sustain us through the ups and downs of the year ahead.

A typical day will include early morning silent gatherings for quiet meditation and contemplation and cleansing and stimulating breathing techniques, followed by tea and fruit before a daily energising and grounding Vinyasa Flow practice in the shade of the beachfront yoga shala. We’ll play with fun sequencing, exploring possibilities for all levels and bodies, whilst building strength, flexibility and stability before brunch. In the afternoons we’ll regroup for a gentler more relaxing session of Yin and Restorative yoga as well as everyone’s favourite, Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation).  Finishing in time to marvel at yet another stunning sunset before dinner.

Afternoons are free to relax on the beach, have a game of scrabble, take a short trip to Patnem for a spot of retail therapy, or get a massage from the amazing team at Bamboo.

We will dine together at Bamboo in the evening (included in price) where the resident chef will accommodate all special diets with individualised offerings.

We aim to accommodate everyone’s needs and preferences, offering a supportive environment for both beginners and more experienced practitioners alike.

There may be one rest day during the retreat with morning practice only if guests would like.

Non-yoga doing partners are welcome.
