Antiparos is a small picturesque island at the heart of the Cyclades group of islands in the southern Aegean, which is known for its distinctive beauty and off-the-beaten-track charm. Antiparos is situated less than one nautical mile from its larger sister island of Paros, to which it is connected by a local ferry.
Reaching the island, you’ll be welcomed by the beautiful island port, with its small fishing boats, white-washed houses, tavernas and cafés. The island offers over 60 km of stunning shoreline and is blessed with crystalline emerald waters, golden sandy beaches and other extraordinary natural wonders such as the famous Cave of Antiparos.
Getting to Antiparos might sound complicated at first glance, but it really is not. You can fly to Athens and then either take a short domestic flight or a boat/highspeed ferry from Athens or any of the Cycladic Islands to the island of Paros.
Once on Paros you’re practically there. To get from Paros to Antiparos is only a 7-minute ferry ride, with ferries departing every half-hour from the main port. The ferry for Antiparos leaves from Pounta and is easily reached by local bus or taxi, both from Parikia (the port of Paros) or from the airport. Our driver can pick you up at Paros airport and bring you directly to the venue.
Susanne, who is hosting these Yoga holidays, will guide you on all bookings to make sure you have ease of travel and boat times.
